1、中和法
1. Neutralization method
甲酸與熟石灰中和生成甲酸鈣,經(jīng)精制而得商品甲酸鈣
Calcium formate is produced by neutralization of formic acid and hydrated lime and refined to produce commercial calcium formate
2、復(fù)分解法
2. Double decomposition method
甲酸鈉與硝酸鈣在催化劑存在下發(fā)生復(fù)分解反應(yīng)得到甲酸鈣,聯(lián)產(chǎn)硝酸鈉。經(jīng)過精制得到商品甲酸鈣。
Sodium formate reacts with calcium nitrate in the presence of catalyst to produce calcium formate and sodium nitrate. Commercial calcium formate was obtained by refining.


3、環(huán)氧脂肪酸甲酯副產(chǎn)法

目前環(huán)氧脂肪酸甲酯生產(chǎn)發(fā)展較快,這個產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程中會產(chǎn)生大量副產(chǎn)的甲酸,這種副產(chǎn)的甲酸一種利用方案就是生產(chǎn)甲酸鈣。
